Villa Marica is a lovely villa in Sant’Agata dei Due Golfi (Massalubrense) with a lovely view of the Bay of Naples.
The garden and swimming pool area are undoubtedly the best of this holiday house, for the amazing view of the Gulf of Naples, the peaceful environment, all the nature that surround the property: lemons and olive trees.
The garden get the sun all day long, and is equipped with a shower, chairs, deckchair, sun lounger and beach umbrella, as well as some toys for children.
The swimming pool is 3 x 7 meters long. It is 150 cm deep and is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
Villa Marica has two floors, with two double rooms, a room with two single beds, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a large kitchen and three bathrooms, two of them with a shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Because the villa lies at the end of a narrow road (just over 2 meters), A small car (no larger than a Fiat Punto) is recommended.
